Assist Best Practice

As part of the CTV e-catalogue (the online tool that gathers a set of best practices for international volunteer organisations) assist International HR is happy to introduce you to a best practice that we were able to include to it thanks to the personal involvement of our colleagues: SEEBRÜCKE Eichstätt/Ingolstadt, which is a voluntary organisation that works in the fields of citizenship and democratic participation, human rights, and most importantly, civil sea rescue. Its umbrella organisation, SEEBRÜCKE has many national and regional chapters distributed all over the globe.  All of its projects have so far been implemented by volunteers only. By applying an inclusive approach to all of its work, training its volunteers according to quality volunteer management cycles, and following (inter-)national legal frameworks, SEEBRÜCKE Eichstätt/Ingolstadt meets the quality standards of CTV. If you want to learn more about this organisation and other best practices from all around Europe, please visit the CTV project website.
