Proposal for a “Council Recommendation on the mobility of young volunteers across the EU”  

On 13 January 2021 the European Commission marked the start of European Year of Youth & 5 years European Solidarity Corps by publishing its proposal to improve the mobility of young volunteers to which CEV participated as part of the expert group. “Access to volunteering across borders should be a realistic option for all youth, including those with fewer opportunities” Themis Christophidou, Director-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture.
