Online Multiplier Events in Germany

Assist International HR organised two multiplier events on the 28th of February and the 7th of March 2022 to spread the results of two years of international collaboration on the EU-funded project CTV – Complex Toolbox for Volunteers. Due to the pandemic both events were held online. In total 36 participants assisted the online event. The participants, many of them working in the intercultural, were an ideal target group because they were sensitive to topics related to volunteer work, like diversity and inclusion, migration, and cultural awareness. The reactions to the presentation of the CTV products were very positive. The discussions showed that participants recognized the advantage of having an online tool like the CTV platform to help volunteers to internationalise. All in all, the German multiplier event held by assist International HR contributed to make the results of two years’ intense collaboration of five international partners from five countries noticed among people from a community sensitive to topics related to volunteer work.
