CTV is becoming a reference for italian volunteers

In November 2021 the national workshop was held online in Italy and it involved 22 people, who were trained and invited to provide feedback about the tools developed. Generally volunteers and volunteer support center’s workers really appreciated the tools but they also provided many useful insights. Thanks to the important feedback received, partners are now working to improve CTV’s products. During the workshop dott. Alberto Cuomo, former United Nation volunteer country manager,  integrated the CTV materials with a  talk on volunteering, innovation and SDGs.
