The project aimed to help 118 people - residents of the city of Warsaw. The goal was to allow access to social services and family support services. The main aim was to reduce the number of children being placed in foster care and foster families by equalizing and overcoming care and educational problems which a family was facing. Another outcome was supposed to be bringing people's attention to local support services rather than using state support services by opening two educational care centres. The fundamental task was providing help to families in need.
