The aim of the "Meal for a Senior" campaign is to help by providing a full-fledged all-day diet for the elderly - 4 balanced meals. Those people usually live in poor conditions, without any external support, with small amount of money. It happens that they have to beg for a food, look for it in trash bins or just starve. Volunteers of this campaign visit them and provide meals, spending with them some time to talk and show them that they still have some good people next to them. Every person using Internet can support the campaign by transfering money via their website to provide more and more meals for elderlies.

Encouraging all people to support elderlies in Poland to buy their meals.
Cooking and preparing meals for all elderlies who were found as those who need help and support.
Gathering volunteers who are willing to deliver prepared meals to all elderlier and spend some time with them to talk and show them that they are not alone, they still have someone who takes care of them.
Supporting elder people who, because of their age or physical condition, are not able anymore to improve their living conditions and who struggle every day to survive.

"People throw out a lot of food in the trash bins. There are meat, chicken, sausages, high-class food. I look at such food and take home everything that can be eaten." - Mrs Irena, beneficiary of the project, living in burnt, old house.
"We met Mr Zygmunt who everyday sels flowers at his own small market counter. He makes everything to earn some money to provide food for his ill wife and himself. They live in terrible conditions. Their house is very old and needs to be renovated. He is very humble and he is too shy to ask for help. We are helping them to start normal life again by providing food and collecting money to help renovate the house" - volunteer involved.
"I have 2 grandmothers and 1 grandfather who I love very very much. I know how difficult for them is to make something without help even though they don't want to bother me or my parents. I can not imagine how terrible it is for those elderlies who live alone and have noone to come and help them with the most difficult tasks. That's why I decided to join to this program as volunteer. I love elder people. They are very grateful for each small help offered them and they share with me their interesting life stories. This volunteer work gives me a lot of happiness and satisfaction" - volunteer involved.
